Dec. 27, 2005 Casting of all the leading roles for Platonically (Simon, Lorenzo, Trese, Jane, and Jimmy) was completed right before the holidays began. Over a two-week span, more than 200 actors from LA, New York, San Francisco, and Vancouver auditioned for these parts. Auditions for all the supporting roles will begin the first week of January 2006. Love's Rapid Transit has been officially selected to the Oakland International Film Festival. Love's Rapid Transit will be showing at Anju on Monday nights as part of Anju's weekly Indie Movie Night. Love's Rapid Transit will play behind the hip hop, soul, and funk cuts spun by resident DJ's Kevvy Kev and The Friendly Traveler at the Tunnel Top on Thursday nights. Love's Rapid Transit has been officially selected to the San Francisco Short Film Festival in the Annual Program Without Frontiers.
